Grapes: 90% Grenache, 10% Carignan
Age of vines: 40 to 50 years old.
Exposition: Blend of several different parcels with different heights and expositions.
Vinification: whole cluster, no remontage, a few pigeages. Fermented and aged 2/3 in vat, 1/3 in barrel.
