WINEMAKING: Cuvee Shinden 2019 was made from our own vineyard's grapes. Using mostly Delaware which had good acidity, intense flavor and also had thick skins. Skin maceration for more than 7 months and aged in amphora for 7 Months.Then finally pressed by basket press. It produced only 860 bottles.
