VARIETAL: 70% Blaufränkisch 30% Sankt Laurent

WINEMAKING: The grapes got partially de-stemmed and fermented naturally in stainless steel and fibreglass vats. After 10 days the mash was pressed and the wine was transferred into barrel in the cellar. The wines matured on gross lees for 22 months without any additives, without fining and filtration. Unfiltered, unfined with the addition of 5mg of sulfur.
