A new cuvée from Michel Gahier, made from 45-year-old Chardonnay vines in Montigny-lès-Arsures, recently acquired from his brother-in-law. Aged two years in topped-up demi-muids, it’s made in the classic ouillé style, preserving freshness and vibrancy.
