Eminence Road, Rock Valley Rose, 2015
Incredible concoction from one of our favorite New Yorkers, Andrew Scott. This is a blend of mostly white grapes, with just a touch of red. Dry, sharp, and exploding with acidity.
Jean-Paul Brun, Beaujolais, L'Ancien, 2017
Two things set this Beaujolais apart. (1) Very old vines, bringing a lot of complexity, and (2) the grapes are pressed before fermentation unlike most traditional wines in Beaujolais, in an attempt to highlight even more this special terroir.
Les Cortis, Sillon, 2018
This is a totally unique and super rare wine from the mountains of Bugey, near Savoie. It is a mix of red and white grapes and best served with a slight chills. Super juicy with bright, red fruit.
