Passalacqua Calcarius Orange Puglia, 2018, 1 L
Orange Falanghina in a liter bottle! This is one of the best deals in orange wine and though just having a short maceration (5 days), there's plenty of baking spice and tannin to hold up to some fresh summer pasta or grilled seafood. We like.
Strekov 1075 Creme #4, NV, 750 ml
It's all in the name here. This is a beautifully funky, slightly sweet wine from Zsolt Sütó in Slovakia. A long rest on the lees gives the wine a creamy texture, which couches the extra sugar nicely. Perfect cheese wine.
