Vinas Moras are masters of Babic and make some truly inimitable wines. Kaamen III is thrilling and deep fruited. Dark blueberry and blackberry, currants, bright acid and mineral with tingling tannins and a long, long, salty finish.

WINEMAKING: After careful selection and de-stemming, the grapes are left on the skins for 4-5 days and spontaneously fermented in open vats. More than half of the wine is aged in fibreglass tanks, while the rest is put into neutral 500-litre oak barrels. The Kaamen III is bottled after one year without fining or filtration and with a very low dose of sulphur.
