Doesn't get more classic than Domaine Rolet in the Jura. The Arbois Blanc is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, with the latter aged under flor. Nutty, salty, olive briney. Serve super cold and skip the Fino Sherry aperitivo.
