FARMING: Organic

WINEMAKING: Made from sustainably produced, hand-harvested grapes, the wine is blended using the solera system--traditionally reserved for Spanish sherry. The finished Chardonnay sees six months in oak. 12,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020.
