WINEMAKING: Grapes are 100% from Nanyo,Yamagata. The wine is a blend of 12 hours skin contact of Delaware,Steuben,Niagara and skin fermented Delaware for 5 days. Then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect.
