This sake is made with with an ancient strain of red rice called Murasaki. Mukai Shuzo is a 100% pure sake brewery helmed by Mukai Kuniko, one of Japan’s first female head brewers. Notes of rose petals, underripe strawberries, and enoki mushrooms.
