WINEMAKING: All grapes are sorted while harvested by hand. The Riesling part comes from vintages 2016 and 2017; during the 2018 harvest, they were blended with fresh juice of skin-macerated Sylvaner. Elevage on lees in fiberglass tanks. Racked and bottled without fining, filtration or sulfur added.
