VARIETAL: Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Grenache

FARMING: Organic

SOIL: Clay, Limestone

AGE OF VINES: 30 years

WINEMAKING: Grapes are partially destemmed, partially whole-cluster. Macerations are short, from 5 to 7 days. The wine is fermented in concrete with part of it aged in barrique.
