Proof and Wood, Roulette Rye, 4 Year Straight Rye Whiskey, 750 ml

95% Rye, 5% Barley. Sweet orange marmalade on the nose. On the palate, dark cherry fruit, with some nutty, candied ginger, leading to a spicy rye finish. Great for cocktails (and priced for it, too!), but interesting enough to charm on its own.
