FARMING: Unfined/Unfiltered, Vegan, Natural
WINEMAKING: Grapes were foot crushed and put whole cluster into one ton bins to ferment with once daily punchdowns. After twenty-two days the grapes were pressed and settled juice was moved to old French oak barrels to complete fermentation. In September of 2020 the wine was racked out of barrel into tank and bottled by hand without fining or filtration.
