Chateau Le Puy "Emilien" 2021 is a Bordeaux red wine, primarily Merlot, with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It's known for its naturally-made, biodynamic farming practices, including native fermentation, no SO2 before fermentation.

VARIETAL: Bordeaux red wine, primarily Merlot, with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
 
FARMING: biodynamic farming practices, including native fermentation, no SO2 before fermentation, and no fining or filtering.
 
WINEMAKING: The wine is aged in neutral wood for two years and boasts flavors of ripe red fruit, with notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant, accented by toasted almonds and hints of mushrooms and undergrowth. It spends a year in 50hl foudres before a year in 228L barrel. Its approach is silky from the fine tannins and it bears a color of garnet red with a hint of ruby, a seductive wine of great elegance. Certified organic, 7% cabernet franc, 6% cabernet sauvignon, 1% malbec and 1% carménère, matured in oak barrels and casks for 24 months
