Mas de Daumas, Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose, 2024

Gassac is by and large one of the top producers in the South of France, but lucky for us, he cares quite a bit about making a line of wine at an entry level price. This is a classic Southern French Rose with feint notes of strawberry.
