FARMING: Organic. Sourced from the following vineyards: from Barolo - Cannubi, Sarmassa and Vignane, from Castiglione Falletto - Codana, from La Morra - Rocche dell'Annunziata and Boiolo.The parcels total about three hectares.
WINEMAKING: Fermented for 25 to 30 days partly in cement tanks and partly in stainless steel. After the parcels are fermented separately they are assembled into 50 HL casks where they age for about three years. Aged for an additional 6 months or more in bottle before release
SOILS: Various soils - compact sand alternating with sandstone in Barolo and Castiglione Falletto, more clay with limestone in La Morra.
AGE OF VINES: 30-40+ years old.
