Michel Gahier, Arbois Blanc, Chardonnay, 'Les Crets', 2023, 750 ml

Les Crets comes from a hilltop vineyard—its name meaning “crest of the hill”—where Chardonnay is grafted onto the local Melon Queue Rouge rootstock. Aged about 15 months in large foudres, then another year in 600-liter demi-muids
