Fessina’s Erse Bianco blends 90% Carricante with Minnella and Catarratto from high-altitude Etna vineyards. Steel-fermented, it’s bright, salty, and floral—notes of lemon peel, herbs, and almond with flinty minerality and crisp volcanic acidity.

FARMING: Sustainable, hand-harvested

WINEMAKING: Grapes from old vines (1930–1950) grown on volcanic soils at 900–950 m altitude. Static decantation for 24–36 hours, then fermented in stainless steel under temperature control. Aged 6–8 months in bottle before release.

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow with green hues; aromas of broom, lemon peel, almond, and herbs. Flinty and saline with lively acidity, a savory finish, and pure volcanic freshness.

ABV: ~12.5%
