WINEMAKING: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo semi-carbonic maceration for 8 days in wooden containers. Grapes are then crushed by feet and macerated 2 weeks on the skins. Matured in French oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Zero added sulfur.
