FARMING: Organic, minimal-intervention, no added sulfur

WINEMAKING: Fermented and aged in old wooden barrels. No fining, no filtration, no sulfur additions. Rustic, hands-off cellar work to keep the wine raw and expressive.

TASTING NOTES: Smoky edges, juicy dark and red fruits, earthy undertones. Bright acidity, long and electric finish, with a lifted, natural feel.
